Week 12 Weigh-In
Well I’m 3 months in and not as far as I had hoped to be. I’m still plugging away of course, and I know I haven’t been totally whole hearted some weeks but that is going to change. I really want to get this weight off. This week so far I have done 3 workouts but I will be headed to the gym as soon as I’m off today which is very soon. (yes I’m writing at work…sssssshhhhh). And I will be going tomorrow also right after work no matter what. So for the week I will have done 5 work outs. Next week my plan is for 6 workouts. I have also adjusted my meals a little bit more. So I’m trying to eat 4-5 small meals. The hardest meal for me to get in is breakfast. I never really feel that hungry in the morning so I do my chores or hang out with my daughter. Then before I know it it’s lunch time. Hopefully getting back into the school schedule will be some help. Just 2 more weeks to go. My daughters going to kindergarten. I’m so excited for her, and me. I will again have a little bit of me time instead of having to stay up till all hours of the night to get a little quiet time. Anyway here’s how I did this week.
This weeks weight is 252 pounds, for a total loss of 16 pounds.
With at total percentage loss of 6.0%… can’t wait until it’s double digits!!!
Just 2 more pounds to lose in the next 11 days to reach this months goal! Yeah! Well I will have to aim higher to get a start on next months goal. That gives me 41 days to lose 22 pounds. I really think I can do it as long as I stay focused and really just see my self in that tiny little swimming suit that I want to wear next year to Hawaii. It’s totally do able. And I’m going to make it happen!
