Week 13 Weigh in and new stats
Ok, I know this was suppose to be done last Friday, but I’ve been having computer problems. Hopefully it will be fixed soon or I’m going to have to get a new one. Ugh! So now I’m writing while I’m at work…ssssshhhhhh! don’t tell. Last week went pretty good I got 4 workouts in and some time in the pool on Sunday. I also got my mile down to 10:30. That was a 45 second drop from my previous time of 11:15.
My New Measurements
Neck 15.75 inches -.25 from week 11 -1.25 from week 2
Bust 47 inches -.5 from week 11 -3 from week 2
Chest 38 inches -.5 from week 11 -2.5 from week 2
Waist 38 inches -.5 from week 11 -5.5 from week 2
Abs/Hips 46.75 inches -1.25 from week 11 -6.75 from week 2
Arms 15.5 inches -.25 from week 11 -2 from week 2
Thighs 25.5 inches -.5 from week 11 -3 from week 2
for a total of -3.75 inches from week 11 and a grand total of -24 inches.
Today’s weight is 250 for a total of 18 pound.
With at total percentage loss of 6.7%
Well here’s to another week. I will try to write more once my computer is back up and running.
