Week 14 Weigh-in
I know, I know this was suppose to be done on Friday. Not having a working computer at home really sucks. I’m hoping to have that fixed in the next couple weeks. So I’m at work so I have to make this short. I had a lack luster week as far as working out. Which means I only worked out twice. I was feeling really lazy and I let it get in the way of working out. PMS just sends me off the wagon as far as eating and exercise. My cravings kick into high gear and I feel so tired all the time. I know working out would help, but no I didn’t do anything. My goals for this month are pretty hefty to. I just really want to get it kick started in hopes that it will get me going and to the point where I want to be by next May.
This weeks weight is 250 pounds, for a total loss of 18 pounds. Same as last week! Well at least I didn’t gain.
With at total percentage loss of 6.7%
Well now I have no excuses the rest of the month. 3 and a half weeks to drop 20 pounds. I totally think I can do it. I just need to focus and disciplined.
